Return Policy

Return Policy for Gotham CardHolder

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be in the same condition in which you received them, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@gothamcardholder.com with your order number and details of the issue (including photos if possible). Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain items such as personal care goods, custom products, and hazardous materials are also non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, unused, and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return request, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
